Semi-dwarf. Apple Trees need to be cross-pollinated with another apple species. It is recommended to purchase one of each HoneyCrisp and Ambrosia species.

Ambrosia fruit is medium to large, and has mostly red, glossy coloration, with yellow patches. It has cream-colored, firm meat with a sweet flavor reminiscent of a pear. Ambrosia apples flower and harvest in mid to late season.
